"As far as I remember, I always had an interest in photography, I often had a camera at hand.

But this only in 2000 that I decided that I should take it seriously : I learned a bit of technique, switched to slide films (Velvia), started using tripod and filters... and here I was on the road.

Two events are particularly important in  this decision: the 10 days driving holidays I dedicated to landscape photography in Ireland, where I was living at that time ; discovering in the magnifying viewer what I consider as my first good picture.

Photography is now the aim of my traveling. I discovered a particular interest in the light and landscapes of the Northern countries, and since then dedicate my production to this subject.

Nature's splendors and magic light, more than publications and awards, encourage me to carry on this passion and share with you some of the best sceneries I encountered in the North. To start with...  "
